Los Angeles Asian Attorney Sues Miley Cyrus For 4 Billion

Scandalous photos of Miley Cyrus making an “Asian face” was blasted all over the Internet last week. The controversial “Asian-eyes” picture caused many Asian people to get angry. Lucie J. Kim., A Korean-American woman in Los Angeles, is now suing Cyrus for $4 billion.

Attorney Lucie J. Kim claims that Miley mocked Asians by slanting her eyes on purpose. She also claims that the 1 million+ Asian Pacific Islanders she supposedly represents in L.A. county are entitled to $4,000 each in damages for a civil rights violation.

TMZ reports:

Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. Kim claims when Cyrus posed for the photo, she “knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ.” Kim says in the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation — $4,000. Add it up — $4 billion! Kim says Miley’s “just a kid” defense doesn’t fly. She says it’s like Paris Hilton claiming to be just a kid. Ouch.

Dont you think Lucie J. Kim. has gone too far with her Miley Cyrus Asian-eyes lawsuit? The current economic situation must have fried her brains to the extend that she now thinks she’s God or what. Being a celebrity in America must be so lucrative that there are opportunists everywhere trying their best to get a huge chunk out of them. $4 billion, wtf!!!

Miley Cyrus is just a kid, and i bet that this Lucie J. Kim. doesnt have kids. Or maybe she ’s just a bitter bitch who got mocked all her life when she was growing up. Go get a life, or do something constructive instead and leave the poor kid alone. She’s already apologized, ok. Lesson learned (hopefully).

I dont know about the rest of you. I think Miley Cyrus is just trying to be funny in this picture, and not out to mock any Asians, be it her fans or haters alike. But i suggest you go read the rest of what Michelle Malkin has to say about this Miley Cyrus story.

Michael Phleps Smoking Weed At Bong Party - Pics

On Saturday, an alleged picture of Michael Phelps holding a bong and smoking weed (marijuana) was published by News of the World. The news spread like wild fire overnight across the internet. Although the picture wasn’t exactly clear, Michael Phelps admitted that it was indeed him in the photo.

According to The Drudge Report today, the story and photo of Olympic “hero” Michael Phelps smoking marijuana while at a party in Columbia, South Carolina on November 6 is pretty much confirmed. Check out this News of the World report:

As he basked in his hero status, Phelps knocked back beers and shots of spirits. And when a student offered him the glass bong engraved with red writing, he did not hesitate, says our source.

The 6ft 4ins athlete, in a white T-shirt and navy cap worn back to front, clasped the device in his huge hands and inhaled deeply.

Our source said: “You could tell Michael had smoked before. He grabbed the bong and a lighter and knew exactly what to do.

“He looked just as natural with a bong in his hands as he does swimming in the pool. He was the gold medal winner of bong hits. Michael ended up getting a little paranoid, though, because before too long he looked like he was nervous and ran out of the place.”

Why an 14 times Olympic Gold Medalist would want to jeopardize his career and reputation is really beyond me. It’s just very unfortunate that Olympic 14 time gold medalist Michael Phelps was indeed the person in the photograph, using a marijuana bong at the home of a friend. There’s no way Michael Phleps can deny that it’s not him in the photograph. This is the statement released by Michael Phelps today:

“I engaged in behavior which was regrettable and demonstrated bad judgment. I’m 23 years old and despite the successes I’ve had in the pool, I acted in a youthful and inappropriate way, not in a manner people have come to expect from me. For this, I am sorry. I promise my fans and the public it will not happen again.”

How stupid can you be, Michael Phelps. You are a confirmed World Class idiot now. I dont think you’re sorry at all for smoking weed. You’re just sorry that you were caught. I wonder what your sponsors are going to go about the whole situation. But i have a strong feeling that’s you’re gonna lose a whole lot of money.
