If you havent seen the Lauren Bernat Hula Hoop Wii Fit video, you’d better hurry over to Youtube and check it out. It’s so funny. Can you imagine yourself doing imaginary hula hoop movements in your underwear? No? But that’s exactly what Lauren Bernat is doing. She’s swaying her mid section round and round in her underwear just like any normal person is with a hula hoop on them.

If you think Lauren Bernat is crazy, no, she’s not. In fact, Lauren Bernat looks absolutely sexy exercising in the video in her underwear. Okay, forget about the underwear part. What you actually see is Lauren Bernat mimcking the Hula Hoop movement on the Nintendo Wii Fit. The Wii Fit is the latest fitness craze that’s hit Wii fans the world over.

To me, it’s one of the best way to get those lazy asses off the couch for once. Oh yes, you will need to buy the Wii Balance Board in order to workout on the Wii Fit program. It’s supposed to let you know your progress. Apart from Hula Hoop, there are lots more exercises that you can do with the Nintendo Wii Fit. If Lauren Bernat can make doing the Hula Hoop so easy, i bet you’ll want to try it out for yourself, right.

So, are you going to do the Wii Fit Hula Hoop like Lauren Bernat in the Youtube video? I’m so going to buy it when the Nintendo Wii Fit hits our stores. I bet i can do the Hula Hoop just like how Lauren Bernat does it. I know it wont be easy to do the Hula Hoop exercise at first.
